Enhancing Marketing Campaign Data Accuracy with an ID Generator
This project aimed to improve the accuracy of campaign data for a large music label conglomerate, benefiting both internal and external marketing professionals and ad buyers. This case study details the design and implementation of an ID generator system, a crucial tool for creating digital campaigns across various platforms while ensuring accurate tracking and data for marketing financial and budgeting decisions.
My Role
I was the Lead User Researcher and Designer for a four month project.

Optimizing Freelancer Onboarding for Increased User Engagement and Subscriptions: A UX/UI Redesign
This case study details the transformation of Wisar's freelancer onboarding experience through a comprehensive UX/UI redesign. We aimed to enhance user engagement and increase subscriptions by simplifying the profile creation process. By addressing user pain points, clarifying questions, and improving the layout, our team achieved significant improvements in user engagement and profile completion rates.
